The cutlet was delicious

I received the set meal of an ear tiger pig. There is thickness, well-formed volume. Herb salt and original sauce, lemon is added, 2 small bowls and salad, and small cake for dessert.Although the pork cutlet was thick, it was soft and crispy, there was no smell even without lemon, and there seemed to be sweetness in the fat. Sour and sweetness were moderate to the original sauce, but it was delicious even with plenty.There are other cutlets, Katsu-don, Katsure curry, which is said to be the same meat here.
